ISA detention: Australian uni cooperating with relevant authorities

Singaporean Zulfikar Mohamad Shariff, who was openly supportive of the Islamic State and helped radicalised other Singaporeans, was reported to be a PhD student at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia.
