Fund inflows push set past 1,400 despite sluggish week

Recap: Global stock exchanges were sluggish last week, pressured by declining oil prices and a stronger US dollar, while the European Central Bank remained quiet about additional economic stimulus. The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) moved sideways up with support from capital inflows, state spending and news of personal income tax restructuring.
